The Opportunity
This is a great opportunity for the right person working in our town centre office with a small friendly team.
Working within our administration team, you will work with our in-house Independent Financial Advisers and Office Manager supporting the delivery of flawless administrative services to provide a singularly brilliant client experience.
The successful candidate will have a positive attitude towards change and improvement in both personal and team delivery, alongside an appetite to learn.
Desired skills
A minimum of 2 years experience is preferred, but do not let this deter you from applying if you feel you have what it takes to be a success
Computer literate, with keyboard skills (Microsoft Office & internet skills) combined with the ability to acquire other qualifications
Good interpersonal skills and a self-motivated individual
Proactive attitude – you should be prepared to make extra efforts if required
Highly accurate, numerate, well organized and able to work under pressure
Good telephone manner

Self-motivated to complete work within set deadlines.
Conscientious and methodical approach to work.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all mediums, to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Office along with in-house IFA research & analysis systems and provider websites. Experience with Intelligent Office would also be a plus, but not essential.
Smart, professional and business-like appearance.
Good problem solving skills and ability to use own initiative.
Confident individual with the ability to demonstrate a high standard of client experience and a desire to help others.
High attention to detail and accuracy along with good listening skills
Act with integrity and apply due skill, care and diligence.
Role and responsibilities:
Providing administrative and sales support to the team
Accurate and efficient scanning and storing of documents on our business CRM system
Production of letters and sending of emails
Accurate updating of our CRM system
Handling telephone enquiries and messages
Managing pre & new business queries
Processing and chasing Letters of Authority to completion
Providing high quality service to our clients
Obtaining illustrations and preparing documentation for client meetings
Processing new business across all product types, including fund switches
Chasing providers to ensure new business completes efficiently
Following AML procedures and ensuring all requirements are met
Handling servicing requests
Managing Intelliflo tasks and maintaining accurate client records
Ensuring all transactional activity is fully updated within Intelliflo
Reviewing pension policy information and retirement option forms
Adhering to FCA regulations and internal compliance procedures
Demonstrating Consumer Duty principles and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF)
Stationary and stock checking and ordering
Meeting and greeting customers and business clients
Communicating and taking instructions from corporate companies
