She had to work with 3 different providers, one of which was my current employer whose pension suppliers were very awkward indeed. She persevered and worked with the providers and Aviva to finalise everything. I used Retirement Professionals to find and arrange an annuity for me, using my maturing AVC pension. In initial telephone discussions they explained the procedures to me clearly and were clear and concise in the way they took details from me. Subsequent correspondence was by email and post and was always dealt with promptly. They had to deal with the AVC fund holder through my company pensions office and there were delays caused within one or both of those organisations but Retirement Professionals always persisted with them and kept me informed. I first contacted them in January and the whole process took until May. The annuity arranged was 74% higher than that offered by my AVC fund holder.
